This is my preliminary task which was based on a school magazine. IT was Halloween so I went for the theme of dark colours. orange and black are heavily associated with Halloween so I went for this colour scheme. my coverlines were chosen so that they would tie in with the school. I used the school logo as the magazine relates to the school. The Preston weekly was a simple name for the name of my school magazine. I felt adding images of bats and pumpkins would relate to my magazine very well due to the Halloween theme i was going for.
